All orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship. We appreciate your patience and patronage!

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, LADYLIKE PERFORMANCE reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a repackaging/restocking fee not less than 10%.

Return Procedure

•             To return an item you need to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number.

•             To request an RA number and return address, please email us at ashley@ladylikeperformance.com.

•             Place the original package into a secure shipping carton.

•             Please do not place shipping labels or stickers on our original manufactured package.

•             The RA number must be clearly written on the outer box AND on the return form inside the package.

•             We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Our Automotive Jewelry line is made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Body Jewelry is absolutely not returnable due to sanitary reasons. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date.

We offer free repairs on all Automotive Charm Bracelets within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Repairs may be made after the 60 day period has expired and the buyer is responsible for any repair and shipping charges. Please email us if you have any issues with your order!


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
